👋 Welcome NSCF Team — From Vince Sanouvong
Ambition shouldn’t depend on access.
This page isn’t about proving I’m qualified.
It’s about sharing who I am, why I care, and how the NSCF Scholarship would help me expand the work I’ve already started.
Meet me, Vince
Hi — I’m Vince Sanouvong. I’m a senior from Southlake, Texas, passionate about aerospace engineering and driven by a simple belief:
Ambition shouldn’t depend on access.
I’ve dedicated my high school years to building pathways for others — through engineering, storytelling, and mentorship. Whether I’m designing lunar refueling systems at NASA SEES or interviewing aerospace leaders for my platform World of Aerospace, my mission is constant:
To turn knowledge into access. And access into opportunity.

Why I applied to NSCF
NSCF isn’t just a scholarship.
It’s a catalyst for students who don’t just dream — they build.
That’s why I applied.
Because I believe in equity through engineering.
Because I’ve already begun lifting others with me.
Because I want to use this support to scale my impact
The NSCF Scholarship Keynote Speaker position would fuel the mission I’m already committed to:
inspiring the next generation of aerospace students, especially those who didn’t think this path was made for them.
Where I'm headed
With the NSCF Scholarship, I will:
Expand World of Aerospace to reach more underserved schools
Launch a mentorship blog series to demystify college, research, and internships
Advocate for student voices in STEM through articles, panels, and outreach
Attend a top aerospace engineering program and pursue systems-level innovation in spaceflight and sustainability
But most importantly, I’ll bring others with me.
Because I’ve never seen engineering as a solo journey.
Thank You NSCF Team
Thank you for recognizing that scholarships can be more than funding — they can be validation, visibility, and voice.
Whether or not I’m selected, I’m grateful for the opportunity to share what I’m building and why it matters.
